“Art is for everybody.”

Detroit has always been more than a place to me—it has been my greatest source of inspiration. For over 20 years, I have been painting in Detroit, drawing from the city's resilience, history, architecture, and the people who give it its unmistakable spirit. Every neighborhood, street, and skyline tells a story, and I strive to capture that energy and authenticity in my work.

My artwork is a reflection of my deep love for this city and the connection I feel to its creative community. Through color, texture, and expression, I celebrate beauty, strength, and constant evolution.

 Music has always been an essential part of my artistic journey, shaping the way I create and express myself. Every painting begins with a soundtrack that sets the mood, fuels my imagination, and inspires the emotion behind each brushstroke. Whether it's jazz, soul, hip-hop, blues, or classic rock, music helps me connect with the energy of my work and allows each piece to develop its own rhythm and personality. Just as a song can tell a powerful story, I strive to create artwork that evokes feeling, movement, and connection. 

For me, music and art are inseparable—they work together to transform ideas, memories, and emotions into visual experiences.

 None of this journey would have been possible without the unwavering love and support of my wife and our amazing children. My wife has stood beside me through every challenge and every success, always believing in my vision and encouraging me to keep creating, even when the path wasn't easy. Her strength, patience, and constant support have been the foundation that has allowed me to pursue my passion for art. Our children have been an endless source of inspiration, reminding me every day why creativity, perseverance, and family matter so much. Their love, laughter, and encouragement motivate me to continue growing as both an artist and a person. Every painting I create carries a piece of their influence, making my work not only a reflection of Detroit, but also of the family that has made this incredible journey possible. 

 Our Commitment to Community 

We believe creativity carries the most value when it can be shared. Our family has always been deeply committed to giving back and supporting the communities that have supported us. Over the years, we’ve had the privilege of donating artwork to a wide range of organizations, fundraisers, and causes—including schools, nonprofits, community groups, and charitable events across many different backgrounds and perspectives.

Art has the power to bring people together, and we’re proud to use our work as a way to connect, contribute, and make a positive impact. Moving forward, we have chosen to dedicate our charitable artwork donations to one specific nonprofit organization.

 Because of this commitment, we are unfortunately unable to provide free artwork or donations to additional organizations. We truly appreciate the incredible work so many groups are doing and are grateful for your understanding and continued support.
